Visiting London in March of 2021 was the first normal trip since quarantine. For the first time in a year shops, museums and restaurants were open. It was the first time in over a year and a half that I tasted a feeling of normalcy again, after being in quarantine in Athens for what felt like a lifetime. I went on this trip with my mother and sisters and although it was only for 3 days the excitement of leaving home and exploring a foreign country was a breath of fresh air.
